By accessing or using InfraSignals ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
InfraSignals provides monitoring, analytics, and alerts for AI infrastructure costs, including GPU pricing, power grid data, and supply chain signals. The Service aggregates publicly available data and provides analysis to help users make informed decisions.
3. Beta Service
The Service is currently in beta. During the beta period (until June 2026):
- The Service is provided free of charge
- Features may change without notice
- We may have limited support capacity
- Service availability is not guaranteed
4. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
- Use automated systems to access the Service without our consent
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
6. API Usage
If you use our API, you agree to:

- Not share API keys or credentials
- Include appropriate attribution when displaying our data
- Not use the API for competing services without permission
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by InfraSignals. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.
Data we aggregate from public sources remains subject to the original sources' terms. Our analysis, indexes (AISI, CGPI, DLCI), and interpretations are our intellectual property.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
Our data, analysis, and predictions are for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, legal, or professional advice. Always do your own research and consult with qualified professionals before making business decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFRASIGNALS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which is $0 during the beta period).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InfraSignals and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@infrasignals.ai.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
